If you have any questions at all, you can feel free to call us at any time! But you may find the answer you're looking for below, where we've compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions and answered them!

Your website says that your limos can hold a certain number of people, but I need to transport more than that. Can you accommodate us in multiple vehicles?

Since the size of our fleet is growing, we are often able to handle larger parties in multiple limousines. Of course, our vehicles are in high demand, especially at certain times of year, so we highly recommend that you book your limo as early as possible, particularly when you think that you'll need more than one vehicle. Providing us with an exact number of guests is tremendously helpful, and calling us as far in advance as possible will enable you to have your choice of limousines and dates with less restrictions!

Are we supposed to clean the vehicle at the end of our rental?

Although we do clean the limo before and after each rental, we do very much appreciate it if our customers clean up any trash. If you leave any items on board just call us and if we find it we'll hold if for you so you can pick it up at your earliest convenience. However, due to legal reasons, we cannot give back any alcohol left behind so at the bare minimum make sure to take that. We repeat: We cannot return any alcohol left on the vehicle so take that from the vehicle upon your final exit. Please also keep in mind that any excessive trash or damage may result in cleaning fees (for example, vomit or torn seats. We will give you the details on this policy when you book).

Do you partner with any restaurants/bars for group discounts for your customers?

Typically we do not have these types of partnerships, but if you call the restaurants and bars ahead of your visit, they may offer you a group discount. When you call us, you can ask us if we are offering any special partnership discounts at the present time.

Can we drink on the vehicles?

Absolutely! If you're of legal drinking age or older you are more than welcome to drink alcohol on board. You'll find that our vehicles have private bar areas and large coolers for your convenience and enjoyment! You must bring your own alcohol, however. We cannot stock the bar for you.

Is alcohol provided?

No, as stated above, we cannot provide alcohol since we do not have that type of liquor license. We can, however, make a stop so you to purchase alcohol. This will allow you to enjoy an adult beverage or two without the hassle of leaving the vehicle.

Can we smoke in the vehicles?

No, we do not allow any smoking in any of our vehicles. All of our vehicles on non-smoking. We apologize for any inconvenience. You can, however, take as many breaks as you need as there is no extra charge for additional stops!

What times of the year are you in operation?

We operate 24/7, including holidays! Our phones are twenty four hours a day. Our office hours are 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. There is not a day in which our vehicles are not driving on the road!

Is there a minimum rental requirement?

Yes, we do have a minimum requirement for rentals. This minimum may vary depending on the time of day, etc., so give us a call for more details!

Do I have to make a deposit?

Yes, we do require a deposit be made at the time of booking in order to reserve your vehicle. Keep in mind that we must have a deposit in order to hold a vehicle and that calling for a quote does not put the vehicle on hold.

How can I get a quote or book?

You can quickly get a quote by calling or emailing us at any time! Our reservation specialists will let you know the cost and walk you through our booking process step by step, explaining all of our policies in detail.

My location isn't listed on your service area page?

Don't worries! Our service area is not necessarily limited to the cities that are listed on our website. Those are just the cities that we most often visit. You can give us a call to discuss areas outside of those that are listed. Please note that there may be an additional fee for areas more than 50 miles outside of Denver, and if this applies to your trip we will discuss it during the booking process. Our company is wholeheartedly against any type of hidden fees or tacked on charges at the end of your trip. Trips with us are worry-free!

Are cancellations allowed?

No, we do not allow any cancellations or date changes at any time for any reason. Once you make a deposit, your rental is booked and you are fully responsible for the total amount of the rental. We explain this policy in detail to each client before booking, and we highly suggest that you are 100% certain that you will need service on your desired date as you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the booking.
